Some cool show themes that I don't believe have been mentioned yet are St. Elsewhere and The Equalizer(I recall really liking that theme). And what about Bosom Buddies, you can't go wrong with a theme song by Billy Joel? Several people have mentioned Star Trek themes, and I agree. I particularly liked the theme from Voyager and, surprisingly, Enterprise, which was a nice change of pace and quite well done when put together with the opening sequence.
