The Morning After: Summer Programming

I started doing these Morning After posts last fall as a way of dealing with the rush of new programming: it was a way to slap up a quick post for discussion of shows that aired the night before but that I hadn't had time to write full-fledged posts about. We're starting the summer now, and I have the opposite problem: there's not as much new programming to post about because the writers' strike cut down the number of new shows in the summer. So I figured I'd take over the space this morning to discuss Tuned In's summer plans.

Basically, I don't have any.

Oh, don't worry—Tuned In will still be your one-stop source for random video musings and half-baked commentary. But with fewer new shows airing this summer, and fewer network fall pilots to preview as I did last summer, this might be a good time to try a few new offerings. So I figured I'd ask what you're interested in, and hopefully generate some ideas to fill the blog with over the next few months.

One thought I had was to start raiding my office closet, which is stuffed with obscure, cult-classic TV DVDs I never got around to writing about, and revisit some of those. Other than that, hmm.... cocktail recipes? Advice to the lovelorn? Personal finance tips?
