TCA Afternoon Update: Couric Not Fired Yet

"There were a lot of speculative pieces that got spun out of control," Couric told critics at the CBS News TCA session in Los Angeles. "When you work for an organization, there are always ongoing discussions."

Ongoing discussions about whether you're fired or not? There are? Should I be worried I haven't had any lately?

Couric added, "We have no plans to part company any time soon." But, you know, get back to her after lunch.
