FOTC: Back to Business Time
Flight of the Conchords—the first most popular HBO comedy about New Zealand's fourth most popular folk duo—has gone back into production on a second season here in New York.
There's been talk that the second season might be the last (indeed, there was talk that the first season might be the last) because of the difficulty of churning out a season's worth of comedy songs all at once, while doing a season's worth of shows at the same time. I don't know; I could just as well see this becoming a Curb Your Enthusiasm situation, in which Bret and Jemaine produce a season irregularly, when they have enough material. In the meantime, I'll be grateful for whatever we get.
