		<description>Although the entire article is disturbing, I don&#039;t know which is worse: the lack of disclosure when influencing government spending or network news not doing its job.  Of course, I assume that Congress and Patreus know &quot;how things are done&quot; and can read the writing on the walls, whereas the American public not so much, but still...  With the amount of money being thrown around, you&#039;d hope for a bit of outrage.</description>
