Its always good to know that there is a station out there that will continue to churn out "pretty, rich, sexual" focused shows for the teens in this country. The three core elements of life. Is there any original programing out there? Vampire Diaries is an adaptation of a book series that was out way before the Twilight series. The only reason your seeing the show come out now is due to the popularity of Twilight and CW exploiting that factor verses creating great programming.

Yay supernatural! Soooo glad its back for another season. Its one of my 2 favorite shows on TV (Lost, of course, being the other). Supernatural has top-notch writing and acting and is hilarious and scary. One of the best shows on right now. I don't watch much other CW stuff, though.

Personally, I like Supernatural. I read an article about it on EW.com and decided to check it out, recently. The series starts out sort of Monster of the Week in season 1 then amps up slowly into a complex story arc that's finally culminated at the end of season 4. The contrasting motivations of the opposing factions in season 4 were beautifully done, I must say.

I'm super happy to see that Misha Collins is joining the cast as a regular. He does a superb job as Castiel.

No Reaper or Everybody Hates Chris means I now do not watch a single show on the CW. I guess I could give Supernatural or Smallville another try.
.
No, probably not.
.
Anyone know an intelligent 15-year old girl then can articulate why their demo watches the CW?

Seriously, wasn't Appleby playing a 15-year old herself on Roswell less than a decade ago?
-
Apparently, you only need to schedule 9 hours of original programming a week to qualify as a network now (and we will see what that number ends up at after a couple cancellations). I just do not understand why WB hasn't taken their ball (or funding, anyway) and gone home yet.

"The Beautiful Life" name-checked a cameo appearance in their show description. That's not a great sign.
